Don't ever think you're so good that you don't need to learn anymore. That is the death of an artist. You can always pick up something new.

If you make it in cartooning or comic book art, don't forget that it's the fans that put you where you are, so treat them with respect.

Remember what it was like to be that kid who was first starting out.

If you really want to drawing for a living, work at it, and never give up no matter what, and remember all my other tips.
